Our aim is to provide a safe and secure residence for our tenants. Our 45 + properties include rental units that offer a collection of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments/duplexes and houses as well as a rooming house suitable for single females. As well, we also offer many suitable locations for Seniors.
Our lease also provides 24 hour/7 day a week emergency service, (after hours call: 899 1847) and our maintenance team is more than happy to take care of the day to day needs as they arise. Our staff all have years of experience working with Ron Wallace Realty and will make every effort to make your home comfortable.
The largest part of our units include utilities.
Our units have a one-year lease attached.
We require a security deposit (always equaling to ½ month's rent) prior to your lease.
Our lease also includes an EastLink Brochure offering free installation of your phone/cable and internet at any time during your tenancy. Also included, is a gift certificate from our local Welcome Wagon offering a basket full of freebees from local businesses.
Although we have a blanket 'no pet policy', we do make exception to cats provided written permission is give by management. Unfortunately, exceptions will not be given for dogs.
We ask that you make every effort to be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and environment. There is always an adjustment as you settle in, and it's so important to realize the impact of your behavior on others.
We require smoking tenants to provide an adequate air purifier in their apartment so as to make every effort in preventing any discomfort that may occur for those 'non smoking' residents that are next door to you. This furthermore helps eliminate smoke damage to your own apartment.
